Fuzzy Caterpillars

You know it is fall when........

The fuzzy caterpillars come out to play!!

A typical early morning

My friend Rebecca and I were talking early this morning and we decided to take pics of our kids just as they were, early in the morning and we got a good laugh! Every morning it is pretty much the same, it is about 7 am and Syd is still asleep wherever she lands, marlee is "creating" something ( today it is sparkly paper dolls ) and dylan is hooked to his gameboy or gamecube. After im done on the computer we get our day started, but they are so cute this way!!!!

Beautiful Fall Day

It is beautiful outside. Chilly, but sunny. The kids have been playing outside! Here are some cute pics. Marlee loves to ride her bike and take her babies ( or stuffed animals) for bike rides, Sydney loves to ride the scooter or her bike, and dylan is a speed demon on his bike!

Mommy loves to watch or sometimes i walk up and down the street with them as they ride. We are so blessed to live on a dead end street that is nice and safe.

Royal Conservatory of Music

Im going to do it! Im going to apply for National Certification! I will have to go through lots of examinations, study, etc. but Im going to do it!! That way I can teach piano! I could already teach im sure, but im really wanting to do this for myself. So, here's to me! The piano player ROFL.

Abe Lincoln

Kind of a funny title. But here is what is happening at our house! This saturday in Quincy, near where we live, they are having a neat re-enactment of the Lincoln-Douglass debate. They are having a big fair on the square, actors will be coming off a big steamboat at the dock downtown, and they are having a band and fireworks, etc. So we went to the library in Quincy and they had received a grant for these huge awesome rolling suitcase things full of books on lincoln, dvds, etc and even a neat picture book on the actual debate, etc. So we will be reading and having fun learning about Lincoln, and then we get to go to the fair and the debate this saturday! what a fun living history lesson!!!!

Rainy Tuesday

Well, it is a rainy tuesday and i have a sick baby. Sydney has a nasty cold, she slept in my bed with me this morning, and I had to snap this pic of her, she moved around so much, she tore all my sheets and blankets off the bed. She was just so uncomfy. Now that she is up and around, she is feeling a bit better. I can't tell if it is just nasty allergies ( she is on allergy meds seasonally, so I started those back up yesterday) or if she has a cold. Either way, poor baby.

We will be heading out to my mom and dad's today, to play with aunt cait and uncle mike a bit more today- uncle mike is leaving in acouple days, so dylan needs to get his video game time in with his uncle mike! The girls have their baby dolls and their diaper bags all packed to go somewhere. They are really into baby dolls right now ( actually it doesnt even have to be a baby doll, they dress up their bears, etc!) Marlee even has hers in her little carrier ready to go!

Brotherly Love

Have I mentioned how much I love my children?? This picture is Dylan painting his sisters nails. She loves pretty things like nail polish and lip gloss. With her autism, we never know when its going to be a good day. Today was a pretty good day. As you can see in the picture, she is in her nightgown and fuzzy robe- this is what she wears when life is getting a bit crazy. She needs to be comfy ( i dont blame her! i want my fuzzy robe on too!) She wanted her nails painted today, and Dylan as a loving big brother, gladly helped her out. Arent they amazing?? My kids are compassionate and loving. What more could I ask for??
