A visit with Spongebob

The kids saw on tv that Spongebob was going to be at the mall. So we trekked up to quincy, walked the entire mall until we found him, took a picture and left. HA!!! it sure made it sound alot more fun then it actually was on tv! But, here is there big amazing pic of spongebob ( marlee was totally creeped out so shes not in the pic!)

Apple Festival 2010

It is a family tradition to go to Barry's Apple Festival each year. I did it as a kid, and now my kids get to! They had a blast! Big ole parade, rides and good food! :) Dont forget oodles of cousins and good friends!!

Catching Minnows in the River

Hannibal was flooded. What's new right? Well we decided to go over to John Hay and see just how high the water was. That is high quality entertainment here in Hannibal. It was either that or go to walmart. hehehe.
We took along a net and some old buckets. We were gonna catch us some fish, Huck Finn style!!!
We ended up catching a bunch of little minnows and we put them in our aquarium at home and they are sooooo cool!

Dont we all feel like writing this note to our moms??? Oh and by the way, the other picture is of my kids and my 100 grandkids. Dont I look hot for a grandma?????

John Michaels Birthday Party

We have had our share of birthday invites this summer!! This one was for a great friend John Michael! He and Syd are just a few days apart in age! Marlee is pictured here with Anna and a friend!!! They had so much fun! It was a pirate water party! We miss them soooo much! They moved to utah! No fair!!!

Fishing

How cute is this??? We went fishing with neighbors at Huckleberry Park and they actually caught a little fish! This is Austin our neighbor and syd.

Beach Bonfire

We have some really great neighbors and we enjoy doing fun things with them! We have had bbq's this year and even a beach bonfire! here are some pics! It was a super fun evening!
